Augusta, Ga. – As the United States begins observing International Education Week, the University System of Georgia (USG) announced that it has reached a milestone, having sent more than 6,000 students overseas to study last year. Cruising for Credit is a new offering from the Study Abroad Program that allows students to spend the week before Christmas on a cruise in the Caribbean to earn class credits toward their degree.
