Augusta, Ga. – The Special Collections unit of the Augusta State University’s Reese Library will be open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., throughout the spring semester.
Special Collections maintains and preserves primary materials related to ASU, local history, the University System of Georgia, and selected genealogical sources. In partnership with the Augusta Richmond County Historical Society, the unit maintains over 400 manuscripts, nearly 5,000 books, historical photographs, vertical files, and additional primary source materials for researchers.
