ASU professor tells tale of Desperate Fishwives in video game


Augusta, Ga. – Mopish John, Testy Robin, and Unlucky Lizzie are just a few of the characters that may be found in the video game Desperate Fishwives, designed by Ruth McClelland-Nugent, assistant professor in the Department of History, Anthropology, and Philosophy at Augusta State University.

“The idea for the video game came from some of the activities that I already use in my classes,” says McClelland-Nugent. The game will serve as a supplement to traditional classroom instruction. Read the full story
