Augusta, Ga. - Visions and Voices: Kristin Casaletto’s Imagery as Social Commentary, will be on display from Sept. 18-Dec. 5 at the Georgia College and State University Museum in Milledgeville as part of its Art of Democracy coalition.
Ms. Casaletto will also be the co-presenter at an interdisciplinary talk at GCSU on Sept. 25 with Mary Childers, author of the book Welfare Brat. Other art exhibitions of Ms. Casaletto’s works include Identity: Unlimited Editions at the Craft and Folk Art Museum in Los Angeles, from Sept. 21, 2008, to Jan. 11, 2009, and Speaking Volumes: Transforming Hate, at the Holter Museum of Art in Helena, Mont., which will run through October.
