The 15th annual Tri-College Celebration honoring the memory and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., will be held on Friday, Jan. 16, at noon in the Natalie and Lansing B. Lee, Jr., Auditorium at the Medical College of Georgia. Mr. Jim Lucas, an advocate of Dr. King’s philosophy of nonviolent civil action to effect social change, will perform a dramatic one-man show titled Reflections, which is based on the words and life experiences of the slain Civil Rights leader. This event is a collaborative effort of Augusta State University, Medical College of Georgia, and Paine College.
