Augusta, Ga. – A Master of Education in Teacher Leadership—the first such degree offered in the state based on national teacher leader standards and proposed Georgia teacher leader standards—will enroll its first students at Augusta State University in the spring 2011 semester. AUGUSTA, GA –Four of the five Richmond County teachers selected as finalists for the Teacher of the Year award are graduates of Augusta State University’s College of Education.
