Anthony Kellman, author and professor of creative writing, will kick-off Reese Library’s annual Meet the Author series this fall at Augusta State University. Mr. Kellman will present his epic poem, Limestone, on Thursday, Aug. 28, at 2:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Reese Library.

Limestone constructs a vision of Barbados that encompasses suffering and achievement, heroic struggle and the setbacks born of self-interest and timorous compromise. It is a vast treasure house of images, sounds, and rhythms that move, entertain, and absorb the reader in its world.
