Augusta, Ga.- The annual A Day for Augusta State University campaign to raise friends and funds for the university exceeded its goal by more than $3,000 as the campaign drew to a close on Oct. 10, with a total of $538,700. The two-part campaign, which began on Sept. 16, raised money for scholarships, faculty development, and academic support programs that could not be funded by state dollars. Read the full story
