Has someone gone out of the way to assist you with a problem? Has someone provided you with customer service that was far above the usual? Then take the time to nominate an individual who deserves recognition for extraordinary customer service efforts. Augusta State faculty and staff are encouraged to submit nominations for the 2009 Chancellor’s Customer Service Awards (CCSA).
USG Chancellor Erroll B. Davis, Jr., would like to recognize these outstanding customer service performances. Awards are presented to individuals, teams, institutions, and outstanding process improvement projects that have exemplified the customer service attributes.
“Augusta State has many wonderful people giving great customer service. Here is a chance for us to recognize our people for the great things they do,” says Walt Alexanderson, director of human resources.
Visit www.customerfocus.usg.edu/recognition/chancellor_award/ to submit your nomination. Once a nomination has been submitted, the USG Review Committee will consider all nominations. The Customer Service Award winners will receive special recognition from Chancellor Davis and will be nominated to compete in the Governor’s Recognition for Excellence in Customer Service Awards to be held later in the year.
