Authors Leonard Todd and Angus Woodward will be featured during the 19th annual Winter Gathering of W
riters on Thursday, Jan. 22, at 7:30 p.m. in 170 University Hall.
Leonard Todd is the author of two books of nonfiction, Carolina Clay (2008) and Trash Can Toys & Games, and two young adult novels Squaring Off and The Best Kept Secrets of the War. A former Fulbright Scholar, he now lives in Edgefield.
Angus Woodward resides in Baton Rouge, La., and is the author of the short-story collection, Down at
the End of the River (2008). His fiction, poetry, and non-fiction have appeared in journals such as Xavier Review, Iowa Review, Talking River Review, Bellingham Review, and Prairie Schooner.
A book signing and reception will follow the presentation. This free program is open to the public and is sponsored by the Department of Communications and Professional Writing with support from the Augusta State University Foundation.
